Teamwork Community & Culture
These are the values we’ve built GRP on and they shape how we give back.
Getting involved:
Community is about more than money - it’s about people
coming together, giving time, and making a difference.
At GRP, we use our position as a business to create
meaningful, lasting impact in both our local and wider
communities. That goes beyond fundraising alone. We
support our charity partners by sharing knowledge,
mentoring young people, opening up workplace
opportunities and connecting charities with businesses
that can help them grow.
One example of this is our ongoing work-experience
programme. In 2024 and 2025, we welcomed young
people from URBOND into GRP, giving them hands-on
experience across our warehouse and office teams. These
placements have been hugely valuable for both the young
people and our staff, offering real insight into different
career paths and working environments.
