Over the past three weeks, we have had the pleasure of welcoming young people from our charity partner URBOND to GRP Solutions for a series of work experience placements.
Each group brought real energy, curiosity and a willingness to learn as they spent time across different parts of the business. From the warehouse to finance, marketing, customer service and procurement, the students were able to see first-hand how the different areas of our business work together. It was fantastic to watch their confidence grow as they developed new skills and gained a genuine insight into the workplace.
Experiences like this are a powerful reminder of how important it is to create opportunities for the next generation. A big thank you to the students for their enthusiasm, to our colleagues for generously sharing their time and knowledge, and to the team at URBOND for the inspiring work they do empowering young people both locally and internationally.
