In February our Route to Net Zero journey continued to gather momentum as we held two dedicated sustainability workshops with our consultant to strengthen our internal focus and begin turning strategy into action.
Back in May, we completed a Route to Net Zero audit with the brilliant team at CAESL. That collaboration assessed our current emissions and provided a tailored, practical roadmap towards long-term carbon neutrality. Now, the work of embedding those findings across our operations is firmly underway.
The workshops introduced plans to establish a cross-department Green Team, helping to drive accountability and shared ownership across the business. We also began shaping meaningful sustainability KPIs to ensure our progress is structured, measurable and aligned with our wider Net Zero commitments.
At GRP Solutions, we have long championed more sustainable products, processes and legislation within our industry. This marks the next step in that journey, embedding Net Zero thinking not just within our own operations, but across our supply chains and wider networks.
It was fantastic to see such strong engagement from colleagues, plenty of ideas, open discussion, and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference. Alongside quick, practical improvements, we are working with industry professionals and consultants to set ambitious, meaningful targets and hold ourselves accountable.
Most importantly, we will be sharing this journey with you; celebrating milestones, being transparent about challenges, and highlighting the positive changes along the way.
