Versatile Epoxy Systems for Wet Lay-Up Applications

PRO-SET® Laminating Epoxies are designed for a wide range of wet lay-up composite applications, helping manufacturers create lightweight, high-performance composite structures with excellent durability.

The systems bond well to core materials, wood, metal and reinforcing fabrics, while offering strong moisture, fatigue and heat resistance. A range of resin viscosities and hardener speeds allows the system to be tailored to different processes and working conditions, with optional Quality Control colouring available for visual mix verification.

PRO-SET® Infusion Epoxies are designed for resin infusion, VARTM, RTM and other closed moulding processes, helping manufacturers produce lightweight, high-performance composite components.

Offering excellent flow characteristics, outstanding mechanical properties and long-term durability, they are ideal for demanding applications. A choice of resin and hardener combinations allows gel times to be matched to different parts and processes, while optional Quality Control colouring is available for bulk orders to provide visual confirmation of accurate mixing.

PRO-SET® Assembly Adhesives are high-strength, two-part epoxy adhesives developed for the secondary bonding of composite laminates, metals, concrete, stone and wood.

Suitable for a wide range of structural bonding applications, they are available with fast, medium or slow hardeners to suit different assembly processes. Supplied in cartridges, pails or drums, the range is also available in Natural, Quality Control Green or Black finishes, providing flexibility for both production and quality assurance requirements.

PRO-SET® High-Temperature & Tooling Epoxies are engineered for the manufacture of composite tooling and high-performance components.

The range includes surface coat, laminating and infusion systems, along with low-density fairing putty for mould and plug preparation. Easy to mix and apply, these advanced epoxy systems offer low shrinkage, excellent surface finish and outstanding thermal stability. When post-cured, they achieve high temperature resistance, making them ideal for demanding tooling and composite manufacturing applications.

PRO-SET® Absolute Clear Epoxies are formulated to deliver exceptional clarity without compromising performance. Ideal for applications where a flawless, transparent finish is required, they combine excellent mechanical properties with reliable processing and consistent results. Available in a choice of resin viscosities and hardener speeds, the systems feature uniform mix ratios for easy blending and flexibility across a wide range of composite manufacturing processes.
