GRP Solutions Ltd is delighted to announce its acquisition of Glasgow-based Allscot Distributors Ltd, the sole stockists of glass fibre materials and all related sundry products in Scotland. The Allscot business is one of the UK’s oldest distribution businesses and operates from a 15,000 sq. ft facility, including offices and a successful trade counter.
This acquisition nearly doubles our warehouse capacity and will allow us to be closer to our customers in Scotland and the North of England. With a more local presence, we also look forward to a more sustainable future with carbon emission reductions in our road freight. The portfolio of products that GRP Solutions and Allscot offer will also widen.
